Richard K. Goodwin is associated with Mee, Hawkins, Greenhaw & Cotner PLLP in an “of counsel” capacity. Mr. Goodwin has been practicing law in Oklahoma City for over 38 years and has experience in many aspects of the legal profession. Most of his practice has been centered on energy related matters involving all aspects of oil and gas activities from simple contracts and leases to complicated and involved title opinions and agreements. He also practices before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission involving spacing, pooling, location exceptions, saltwater disposal and all the other areas related to the Commission. He has worked with several wind projects at the Commission with Chermac Energy Corporation. He is a active member of the Oklahoma and California bar associations. Mr. Goodwin, with an "of counsel" relationship with the Firm, maintains his office in Edmond, Oklahoma.
